Need to Remove Rods from my Leg and Have to diagnose both knees as it is paining (looks like ligament tear)

Need to remove the rods from my leg(ankle pot) which was implanted 3 years back. Also I have a pain in both the knees I feel like it is because of Ligament tear. Can I do both things at a time

Responses:

Dear Arjun, thanks for your query. Usually 2-3 years is a right time to remove implants, it is always better to come to the hospital and get examined by the doctor before making such a decision. Secondly, If you are suspecting an ACL tear, you need to be examined by the doctor and get some investigations done to confirm the same. Both these surgeries can be done in the same sitting, if required.
