Kneee pain for my mother aged 67.

I am requesting for an appointment for my mother who is suffereing from knee pain. I tried to book appointement with Dr. Gurava Reddy sir on line. But it is not allowing me. can you please tell me when I will be able to get appointement from December 18th to Jan 5th. Appreciate your response.
